4) Providing Written/Oral Feedback To Students

During my Econ Unit, me and my mentor teacher designed this quiz to hit all the major standards in the time frame that I had, a week. The average of this quiz was extremely high so there was a lot of positive feedback to give to students. Positive feedback to me highlights things that students do well while also acknowledging that the comprehension level is at or above where it should be. All students should feel excited to get assessments back in my opinion, using green pens I think fosters that excitement. Written responses are the easiest place to put these snippets of feedback in my opinion, whether that feedback be constructive or positive.
