4) Implementing Organization Routines

When thinking about a positive classroom environment, the first thing that comes to mind for me is an organized learning space, where students feel they can come in and feel comfortable. This fosters superior learning when compared to no established routines within the classroom. Having expectations regarding late work, homework, and group work are vital to mutual respect among students and you. Having students being able to come in and know what to do and what to look for on the board saves time at the beginning of class while also adding structure to the classroom.
