3) Implementing Classroom Routines/Normalcies

When thinking about what kind of norms I can see in my future classroom, I think back to my passion for student led discussions. Everything I’ve chosen to implement into my classroom as a routine or normality for work stems from that love of discussion and different ways to facilitate that to make the most out of a positive classroom environment and students feeling able to voice their opinions and thoughts. Making sure students are learning things they are curious about is very important to comprehension and overall understanding and I think the expectations and routines I’ve chosen reflect that.
