3) Communication with Parents/Guardians

When thinking about communication between parents and a teacher, I want to be able to have open communication with parents with any concerns or problems that arise. Being able to foster positive words about a student especially to their parents builds relationships that can only benefit the student in the long term. Building these relationships makes the good worth celebrating with parents and the harder conversations easier to have. Open communication between parents can also get rid of misunderstandings that might come up between parents, students, and teachers.
